Hi, 
we are all sick of all this cheaters, arenīt we?
Today you can not play 10 mins without any hacker coming to public servers... 
Today I had a nice talk in chat with Bushi on your server-why donīt we use SLAC on public servers?
Ok, I know it is a beta version, it is made by Chaplja, an ex-cheater, but I read on crossfire it is mandatory in Clanbase:

Ok, some ppl say Chaplja as an ex-cheater will sell some hax to bypass his own anticheat-software...hmm, but I do not believe in it. 
Think it is much better than this old punkbuster shit. 
Now how does SLAC work? I read it anticipates DLL-Injection. Every hax is only working with an injection of DLLīs .
So now isnīt it time to try something new in ET to save our beloved game from hackers?  I play ET for 7 years but I never saw so many "Pros" like today. 
Your opinion please.

I'm a bit skeptical about lag it might cause, I saw a match a few days ago where people were getting 999s and cursing slac, but that could had been random  .

ofcourse he is gonna sell cheats for it.
But it will still help to get rid of 95% of the cheaters. ok we maybe get 5% cheaters who really buy that but we can ban those.
If is isn't complaicated like the previous anti-cheat and it works. I don't see a reason why not to use it.

The beta version do a massive lagg to player that use this newest anti.Imo like in previous "tryouts"for new anti system ,
i guess it will stop to the beta version.simply will get answers like: no motivation anymore,not enough time to spend for creating such a thing for ET community,ET is DEAD.

I am in favour of a new anti-cheat system because let's face it : PB is outdated and only keeps out the older hacks.
However slac is indeed as Garf says only in a beta version and I dont know if people who play on a public are willing to install extra software. And apparently what I have read on the forum of cross-fire it gives additional problems with virus-scanners, lag and such ...
I would say keep an eye on it when there is a final version ... but that is only my opinion

Chapjla is not an ex-cheater it's a cheat-maker (and a private one)
Already used slac it's pretty nice (still buggy and laggy) ... it works like VAC (all source steam games : CSS DODS HL2 etc) It means cheaters won't get banned like PB but sometimes 3 hours after
imo if he is smart he will continue to developp slac and give a security fail to sell more of his cheat... It's pretty cool btw cause little retard without bills won't buy his cheat it means less cheaters !!!

no no doesn't work like that : you need to install it on YOUR computer and the program scan you to see if you are cheating or not.
you will not been kicked automaticly but once you cheated you cannot reconnect !
